Murray Smith BSc FRICS ACIArb is Managing Director and heads the Valuation Department. He began working for Dunphys in 1982 after employment in the public and private sectors. With long experience of the valuation of both commercial and residential property in the West London area he is on the RICS panel of Arbitrators and Independent Experts and is regularly appointed in disputes concerning rent review and other valuation disputes.
Richard Maude BSc (Hons) MRICS joined Dunphys in 1989 and is now a Director within the Building Surveying Department. As a Building Surveyor with excellent all round experience Richard specialises in residential and Local Authority construction and adaptation projects, Party Wall matters and insurance related claims.
Ian Clark FRICS heads the Property Management Department, is
a Director of Dunphys and Company Secretary and an appointed representative of the FSA. Ian began working for Dunphys in 1978 after employment with the Ministry Of Defence and the private sector and has over 33 years experience in property and commercial and residential property management, primarily in West London but covering the South West of England. Clients range from public and private companies, housing associations, to family estates and individuals.
Robert Field FRICS ACIArb heads the Building Design and Town Planning Department and joined Dunphys in 1980 after employment in the public sector. He specialises in Educational Services providing professional advice to V/A and County schools as well as Planning and Development advice for residential and commercial developments.
David Clark FRICS is one of the co-founders of the Company in its present form following their purchase, in the early 1970`s, of the long established practice of Herbert W Dunphy & Son based in Hammersmith.
Richard Alexander FRICS is the other co-founder and along with David has been a practicing Chartered Surveyor for over 40 years. They are currently joint Company Chairman with responsibility for special projects and large scale commercial and residential development schemes.
